BRIDAL FASHIONS 1960's

BRIDAL FASHIONS 1960's.
It's Bridal Fashion Week here at Paperdollapalooza! Starting off with designs which were popular in the 1960's including A line skirts, tailored suits in floral patterns, the perky "bubble skirt" and the introduction of pastel colors in bridesmaid dresses to frame the bride in traditional white.
That tradition of the white wedding dress dates to the mid 19th century when Queen Victoria wore white for her wedding to Prince Albert in England. Up to that point women got married in whatever their "Sunday Best" dress might be, usually black or some other dark color.

More fashions across the decades tomorrow!
