....and her Magic Violin! That is how Evelyn Kaye was billed in this all-female orchestra. She is the centerpiece doll of this six doll set and she was also the centerpiece of the band, acting as it's concertmistress. Although the orchestra was formed and fronted by a man, Phil Spitalny, it was governed by the women themselves which was a radical concept for the time.
