JANE ARDEN - DOLLS 1 & 3.

Jane Arden was a popular comic strip heroine of the 1920's and 30's. She served as a prototype for the "girl reporter", pursuing petty crooks and big time gangsters and spies in pursuit of a "scoop", all while dealing with ever bumbling male superiors and the not so helpful police. 

This is a three doll set with a multitude of flashy outfits. Although dolls 1 & 3 seem to have a similar body pose their outfits are actually quite distinct and so I have added numbering to the tabs for easy identification.

Tomorrow to round out the week I will post doll 2 who has a different body pose and an equal number of late 1930's fashions.
