VINTAGE MOTHER GOOSE.
This is from the Dress-A-Doll series of books issued over 100 years ago. It is always interesting to see how our perception of nursery rhymes and fairytales has evolved from pre-Walt Disney to the present.
Personally I find there is a certain charm to these old dolls that is sadly lacking today.
