LADIES HOME JOURNAL DOLLS.
From 1900 on through the 1920's the magazine Ladies Home Journal featured an entire family of paper dolls in each issue. After mother had perused the fashions little girls would carefully cut out the dolls and paste them onto cardboard and a craze was born. This 100 year old pair are a good example.
