ELAINE STEWART

ELAINE STEWART. She was a model turned actress who appeared in a few high profile films of the 1950s before finishing her career in television. Largely forgotten today but at least she rated this very nice paper doll set during her heyday.

THE SUNSHINE FAMILY

[Sunshine Background Left Side]

[Sunshine Background Right Side]

THE SUNSHINE FAMILY. This set was based on a popular group of "Back to Nature" dolls in the mid 1970's. Lots of folk were "dropping out" of the "rat race" and going "back to the land" during that decade. A sweet little set that included a crib for little baby Sweets.

I've added a bi-fold background to pose the dolls in front of that exudes lots of "Flower Power". Have a Nice Day!

JOAN LESLIE

JOAN LESLIE. She appeared in a number of films of the 1940's but is best remembered for starring opposite Jimmy Cagney in YANKEE DOODLE DANDY. Here is a little set I made up in her honor.

GLENDA FARRELL

GLENDA FARRELL. She was a big star at Warner Brothers in the 1930's. If you haven't seen any of her TORCHY BLAINE series of films do yourself a favor and seek them out.

I made this set up in her honor and because it features my favorite paper doll accessory....Hats!

[Willows Background Right Side]

THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS. This is a set created by me and based in part of costume designs which I did for a stage production of this story a few years back (check out jamesmaynardtheatricaldesigns.blogspot.com for the designs and photos from that show).

The four major characters are included along with cut-outs of RATTY'S Boat and TOAD'S Car and a tri-fold background. It is possible to act out the famous story using the materials provided in this little playbook.
