MISS TEENAGE AMERICA

MISS TEENAGE AMERICA. For our 200th post we featured Miss America so now at 250 posts here she is....Miss Teenage America 1964, Judy Doll. Although her name was appropriate for a paper doll set Miss Doll only reigned for a few months. She chose to relinquish her crown in May of that year so she could get married! I imagine that the ink was barely dry on this rather nice set before it became obsolete. That's why we've seen these poses and outfits used in other sets from the 1960's and 70's.
